This would be cool if you could make a withdrawal/deposit directly in BTC...
i haven't tried it though, but PAYONEER is a US bank account, maybe you can try to connect it to coinbase, there is an option there that you can withdraw the money directly to your local bank in payoneer

well availability depends on the paying scheme of the company so its not actually by country, anyone in the world may use payoneer
