i think the op is trying to say that anyone who signups under his referal links will get 20$ worth of btc equivalent to the tokens the you will recieve after the end of their ico , not 20$ worth of btc from his own pocket .

I didn't get the project and idea at all how can we be the owners of property and receive rent share or whatever when we have not seen property in person and don't maintain it, what if it is a fictional property and sold without our knowledge and destroyed or other things like that and what are those etfs and coin funds to invest?

From what the token page says each one is worth $0.60 and getting the airdrop tokens does not make any economical sense to do this from the affiliation stand point.
It does seems odd to all those who thought some one who is receiving only $3 from each signup would be offering $20 to each and every person.
Maybe he meant $20 in total to all people who qualify instead is what he meant to say.
Nevertheless those who thinking they will be getting anything are just living in a pipe dream.
