As soon as owner of 40 referrals receive 13.5% of their earnings, that mean that his referrals earned 0.00572770 BTC in a month together. Or 0.00014319 per referral. 477 satoshi daily.
It is possible. But not on qoinpro:)

The BTC are still on QoinPro, I see no need to withdraw now, because QoinPro is a multiy-currency online wallet, so I have enough there if I need it anywhere.

You will get more referrals if you pay directly for sign-ups. People like to get paid right away after they complete a job and don't like waiting for 2 weeks for something they might not get at all.
