This sounds like one of those things where you view specific sites and have to find certain things/rate the sites/etc. Not just a "do what you want" type deal.
Get paid 1 dollar per hour for browsing the web. You’ll be paid in bitcoin. No experience required, but you have to be able to use an excel spreadsheet and do some copy-pasting, nothing difficult.
If you do a good job, you might get more work later.

depends what part of the world you come from
the people that $1/hour is decent are the same people that are excluded from internet.
For them the cheapest computer is not affordable
