I'd like to apply please.

Then, you should probably read the first post on this thread, first and foremost. After that, if you still want to join, you should post your current post count, btc address, and then change your signature to the given Member sig.

Fair enough, but clearly you have misunderstood what I said. I wasn't arguing about the fairness of the membergroup signature restrictions. And they weren't even in place when I signed up to this forum. They were only implemented around 3 months or so ago.

How come Hero or Snr Members can only reserve places? If everyone can't reserve a place it's not fair really. It should be first come first served though. Many people who reserve might just find another deal or never sign up and that takes a place from someone else.

Edit: Is the max participants 30 total? I guess you're wanting more higher members to join?

It's fair by the rulles of bitcointalk.

Then by that logic scamming is fair by the rules, but it doesn't make it right.

That Senior and Hero Members get preferential treatment isn't really surprising, or something new for that matter; we all know their rates per post are far higher than other members for example. You can argue it isn't right and that any other member can do just about as much as they can despite the limitations, but at the end of the day it's the campaign owner's decision. And they obviously want those ranks over any other to join.

Besides that, I think you're right in pointing out that people who reserve the spot might not take it; both UpDown and PD have announced in the last few days coming changes to their pay structure, so there is a possibility that many of these reserves will probably never be filled anyway.

Well, they get higher rates because their sig is more visible, but they also tend to make less posts, so I think in terms of advertising they will even out so IMO it should be evenly split. And on the second part yeah, this is exactly it. I'm sure a few users will reserve places just to keep their options open if one of the other deals doesn't come through with improved rates etc.

Omg, what are you talking about? You agreed with the rules of bitcointalk when you registered with them. A scam is exactly the oposite, when someone doesn't respect the rules that were set in the begining of an agreement. You seem to be very confused about what scam means.

Omg, what are you talking about? What are these rules and how do they relate to reserving places in this thread? And I know perfectly well what a scam is. I don't see how you're confused here.

I am atlking about:

- Newbie: No styling (including links) allowed. Max 40 characters.
- Jr. Member: Links allowed. Max 100 characters.
- Member: Unlimited length.
- Full: Color allowed.
- Sr. Member: Size allowed
- Hero: Background color allowed

Then newbies will be less effective advertisers, which would hopefully significantly reduce the incentive for low-content posts. And when people become capable of effectively advertising through their signatures, they'll have invested a lot of time into their accounts, and they won't risk being banned by spamming.

but this is my final answer to you. If you understand what I'm saying then it's ok, if not then it's ok too, consider you are right and let's stop this.
Anyway, what I'm trying to say is that, even if I don't agree with your opinion you have the right to have it and express it, and I respect that, only that this might not be the right thread to do so. So, I hope we can agree to put a stop to this argue.
I wish you a very nice day.

Is the font size from their signature bigger for full members with 200+ activity then the ones with 200- activity? NO! Then please stop saying (spamming) what you would do.
They are quite close to sr. member status but it seems that you ate knowledge of this whole world so i'll rather leave you alone Wink
