Allcryptotalk and all other forums which pay per post are a great way to increase in the popularity of bitcoins and other Cryptos. The fact is that when people will come to know these forums which pay bitcoins and altcoins they will automatically get interested to it and it will result in the popularity of digital coins. We should all support these types of projects.

Are you using a VPN or proxy? The IP might have been on a known list of spammers or blacklist?

Is ACT on any exchange?
SparkedDev said that it's basically just a forum currency that you can use to buy ad space. It is not a cryptocurrency where you can exchange for btc or other alt coins. This will be benificial for people who wants to have free advertising space in their forum because they can earn the ACT to pay for it by just posting and creating new threads. This is cool, the site has a nice interface one thing did confused me though. is the ACT could trade with BTC over the forum itself?
OP said that their coins is totally no value when it change to btc and those coin credits will be use only to by ads space to their furom, and maybe in the future if they got more traffic maybe they will consider to give bitcoin as pay per post and also its good for starting up atleast advertiser can get free advertisement if they do hardwork in this new furom.
