Who knows. I've seen a lot of people predicting that to happen, so maybe it doesn't happen because people will get in in anticipation of that, which means the price will not even go under $1000. People always act before they say so, in the moment of truth you never go at the limit. If your buying point is "under $900" you will at the end of the day buy at $1000 or at $1000+ a couple dollars. You dont wanna be left out of the game because you try to be super precise with the buying order.
And if the ETF passes and you are left out holding dollars after selling a day before you will feel like shit... thought call.
