It's a free country. And market demand drives what product is to be offered. If someone has a niche for a product that meets demand, power to them.

Do you know of any similar service offered by a Chinese developer, or can a Chinese developer take a coin already created by Josh (and its web site and forum) and translate everything to Chinese, and promote it on QQ groups and Chinese exchanges?

Can you provide us with any examples of the logo's you're providing with this service? Not to be rude but I'm a bit dubious of your 'one stop shop' approach.
I offer my own design service specifically covering branding & identity design so I hope you can appreciate my interest.Here is the one I made long time ago.
