is this an implementation of mpos or nomp?

It's neither nomp nor mpos, it's another open source software called yiimp.

Yes, automatic payout to miners.

Cost depends on a number of factors, please PM with your requirements and what coins you wish to run etc

There is too much pools as it is.
Creating you own pool is nothing, its the easy part, the hard part will be getting masses of miners on your side.
Without those your chance of finding blocks is very slim, unless you have a huge farm behind you to start with.
Not to mention that many will leave and not look back at first sign of trouble.

setup my ow. pool for raven 1ghs im supposed to get a block a day 3 days with no block so far lol
not sure about the wisdom of running your own pool anymore

There seems something wrong with pool setup or ravecoin daemon configuration, you should at least get one block in 24 hours keep current difficulty level in mind. I just checked one of my client's pool they are running RVN too, they got two blocks in last 24 hours with 2.1Gh/s hashpower.

A small pool is essentially the same as solo mining with the same effective hashrate competing against the network.  For established coins, competing against the network is not so easy.

Earlier this year, I started mining for a new coin with low difficulty.  I had a decent chance earning the block to compete against the network but I could not setup solo mining.  Even though I solved numerous blocks within the pool I simply received small shares based on work.  It would have been great if I had my own pool setup back then.

Will keep your information for another coin with low difficulty.
Would you send me the price info?

CRYPTO CURRENCIES PRIVATE MINING POOL BUILDING SERVICES - TURNKEY SOLUTION
No Advance payment, pay after work is completed and your pool is ready

Get your very own mining pool ready within hours & start mining coins of your choice

*Also Good for Mining with NiceHash

We provide mining pools setup services [e.g, Yiimp etc.] for rig farm owners, a private pool that literally will allow you to mine *any mine-able cryptocurrencies.

Let's say you have few rigs of your own, family and friends, been mining on other public pools yet not making best of your hashpower but if you have your own private mining pool then your income increase many folds as you would get all block rewards yourself unlike public mining pool where you only get coins for your shares even though a block mined by your rigs hashpower yet it's distributed among all miners. Whereas in a private pool shares do not matter, you get all solved block rewards into your own wallet.
