Creating new sites is not a good idea. It will take ages for them to get established, even with well defined promotional campaigns. It will be much better if the already established porn websites start accepting bitcoins.

Following your logic - there is no need to create new services, websites and technologies - as it would be extremely hard to "get them established".
Why have anything new, we have porn sites, we have social networks, payment processors and various kinds of cryptocurrency.
But - there is always room for improvement - that is why MySpace is no longer dominant social network and Yahoo is shadow of its former self while Google is total hegemon now.

It is not really a surpsise, Brazzers, Playboy and other lesser known porn content creators are fully bitcoin friendly.
Porn industry was always motor of progress and promoter of new technologies.
