Yes, adopting bitcoin payment system is not a very big deal for any porn site as well as it will not take big any coding complications also. It will be done in matter of minutes. There can be many other reasons for not accepting bitcoin by a porn site yet.

If a porn site owner does not want to loose their valuable customers just to because of not accepting bitcoins, then he must adopt it. It is very must for every business to adopt new payment systems in time to time.

Since most of the Porn are are online, rather every porn site is online, so its very less chances of its owner being not aware of the bitcoin. The reason of still not using Bitcoin can be that they want credit card information to perform the Scam in future or anything related to that.
