The red on market seems very annoying. instead of looking at the market why don't you take a rest for days and watch tv show? I know that you are stress enough, however you have to know that if person who worried about losing their investment value is not just you but every investors are on the same side.
Many users, traders or investors always thinking to sell at this point because of too long were in a bad market. You are not the only one who tired of waiting, even me but I have to wait for the bitcoin to increase. Bitcoin could surpass eventually so I believe it will bounce back in a good trend.

When you invest into something you must be prepared to say goodbye to that money for minimum of 5 years... I assume based on your current value, you invested in late january... 2 months and tired of waiting already? c'mon man don't obsess over current crypto prices. Let go and check on it next month. It's not worth stressing yourself since the price will rise in the future.

You must have a patience to wait the market is unpredictable what is going to happen, don't look on your investment it will cause stress or depression, just relax and have a vacation, the market is not always pump sometimes it goes to dip just always have a comparison on the previous year before invest on the coin but don't worry the market would stable again.

Well, that's not such a big loss, comparing to people, who invested millions. But I understand you, just don't sell and be patient, LTC and BTC will recover, not sure about ETH and BTH, though.
The market is only down for 2 months. You have to be patient in investing. Just take a break from crypto and check back your coins few months later.

If you sell know you'll join people who are paying the price of following the crowd and investing in something they don't understand and don't support. You put your USd into BTC because you wanted a quick gain. You were never interested in BTC as the technology, all you cared about was having more USD in your wallet and the sooner the better.

If you get tired of waiting let me tell you one thing, if you accept that you will sell your coin from less than what you bought them would you be happy? You must be patient, the market really are down right now and almost all cryptos are red. You really need to wait and surely the market will go back on track soon, but don't know how much more time to wait. I can say this is the best time to buy coins.
