Not a bad effort, needs variation in tone and speed to sound more natural. Could do with more hand or head movement.
This is great woman to get involved with bitcoin as maybe could lead us into the bitcoin revolution.

Well first of all it's a good start, while it remains not perfect, it is a good start and the right direction
There are some few things that are quite noticeable, the news flash coinsomething thing that keeps showing after each news
The accent is quite heavy I assume not an English native speaker, it is not bad but combined with a certain lack of dynamics in speech makes more noticeable, I think she should be more natural
Another issue was reading from notes and that's bad for a couple of reasons, it shows (or at least makes it look) that the girl doesn't know what she is speaking about hence no bitcoin connection, and it also shows a lack of preparation, (its a 30min video just a few things to memorize....)
That being said it's a good start, and not everything can be perfect from the begining, it's already decent, and the point I've mentioned are just to make it even better

She's a pleasure to look at. Her way of speaking is a bit annoying, it's not only about her accent, she just pronounces every sentence the same way, like she was reciting a poem or something

As for me I love accents, I think that accent is the thing, which makes your speech unique and catching.
And as for her name, I'm not sure that it's fake. Maria is a common name for many countries, so it's no wonder that her name is Maria.
