I think he need a good campaign manager as I can see that he is not much expert in starting the campaign he even got a red trust in that struggle. he have to hire a campaign manager the fees of managers are not much high. They often get a fee of 0.025 BTC per week or around this

He can run his own campaign if he wants, what he needs is to put funds in escrow so it will securethe participants payment.
He was trying to gain trust for his service but can't even put enough money in escrow to prove that he is rich enough to not run with other peoples money in his game.
