All of those OP's choices is good and i think it will be more good if you have many things in variety to sold.
It will be more attractive if you offer ofcourse a cheap one but you take profit its much better .
In all i prefer foods ,as it is the number 1 needs and wants of a people and it will be click both in local and international depending on foods to be shipped or delivered .So it is advisable that the foods to availble in other country is not perishable in a weeks .

Does wordpress ecommerce themes support Bitcoin payment? I have not seen anything from those theme that support Bitcoin payment and that is what OP wanted to setup, a shop that accept Bitcoin.

Aside from the digital goods that were suggested by the earlier post, it is also good to offer online services like graphics and video editting if you know someone with the skill. If you are also good with coding you can offer your service in your site, making it almost a one stop shop where they can find someone with capable skill to do their biddings, goods and products that they wanted. And OP should advertise his service and products for the awareness purpose and it is best to advertise in social media like twitter, facebook, instagram where large quantity of people gathers.

Correct but don't for to use the escrow service while doing any kind of trade with the other person in the forum. If you wish to buy a physical things in online check purse.io site buy the things directly from Amazon with the 15% discount for it. Try other sites, cheapair.com, bitrefill.com, btcjam.com and etc to use btc directly.
