There are two list of honest escrow services providers here https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/escrow-list-108716 and https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/bitcointalk-escrows-trade-safely-855778 though I read somewhere here that there is a like of coder but I do not have it right now however you can simply create a new thread looking for a coder then you screen them

I want to open up a discussion on whether or not anyone thinks a credit reporting system can be implemented with Bitcoin. I am not quite sure how it would work exactly but there are a few ideas I have running through my head.

1. One address to pay for all my bills (we are taking about sometime in the future when everyone accepts btc)...Credit cards, gas, electric, etc..
2. I will also have to prove that this is my address by tieing to my real world identity somehow.

The whole system will have to be voluntary because people cannot be forced to tie their real world identity to a public address.
If btc is to play a huge roll in the world of money in the next 5-15 years, which I believe it will, then some company doing credit reporting using the blockchain will have to emerge.

I've always thought this would be good for bitcoin's/the blockchains reputation to go up (just like how banks are currently trying to incorporate blockchain technology in their transactions). I say let's try to create a system that hospitals and doctors can use to transfer medical records from physicians to physician by using block chain technology. This way, patients may feel more secure about their medical records being kept very safe... maybe even have their medical records not "on file" any more but in cold storage, then whenever the patient needs to have their medical records transferred to another physician, it can be pulled out of the cold storage and transferred via the block chain network...

i think new websites video promotions and altcoin videos promotion giveaways can work fine!

The rate for an offer should be high than you play a PTC or paid for surfing, because earn btc for watching some video need more bandwidth than just browsing.
