Good afternoon wonderful EMC2 community, I'm here today to bring you guys some amazing news.
New exchange just added,
https://www.vaultofsatoshi.com has added EMC2. This is the first exchange to offer emc2 in USD and CAD trading pairs. I personally urge our community to sign up, and start placing buy and sell orders. Lets show VOS our support.
Fundraiser,
In a few hours the team will be out in force pushing a fundraiser for our most recent winner Dr. Theresa O’Keefe from Mend Therapeutics, her project https://experiment.com/projects/building-an-affordable-drug-for-diabetic-wounds was the winner and has won $1500 so far but still needs to reach their goal. We strongly believe in the crypto community and are going out on a limb here that between our community and a few others we can make this happen and reach the total project funding of $13,743.
Not only do we believe it can happen, but so does www.experiment.com. So much so that when we approached them to ask if they would be willing to go out of their way to add some donation addresses to our winners project (which is not the norm btw) they agreed and got to it right away.
We had to figure out which coins we would want to accept as donation for this project and we came up with 4 coins based on ease of fiat conversion and support. The doge coin community has been fully supportive of us so its only natural that we'll look to them to help us on this mission.
