Mojang is not gonna scrap accounts which are paid of. These are just stolen/hacked accounts.

They are not hacked..these accounts are inactive for year+, and they are scrapped by mojang..

Don't bother...when logged in you need to verify security questions, seems those are hacked accounts. Not legal.
