This only means that op is trying to scam somebody. He exchange his account for 0.25$.
And now hes account is useless because of negative trust that was given to him.

Waiting also here so I can take the signup task also. And will depends also if there is no required personal information. And as someone said the description on the website is you can get $.5 for signup but as an offer from OP you can only $.25 from him/her. But I doubt if its a ponzi because of what OP's promoting the same as before.
