But I agree that giving up gambling is not easy.

I think that's a great idea. I won't go cold turkey I'll ease off slowly but surely until I'm using only dust or making intelligence bets on teams in esports.

Well either you lose all your money and you can't gamble anymore and then you quit or you find some other way to get the thrills and rush of winning. Perhaps playing video games and even on video games you have choices to make like a gamble to make you win or lose.

You are right. Gambling will change your willpower to make yourself sticking with it for ever.

It is not hard to quit from gambling, any ideas and decisions all of them I tried however none works.

Gambling is not a problem when you are not seeking to win money with it all the time. Gambling can become a problem when you want to make it your job. If you perceive sports betting as an entertainment and not a source of free money then your mind will be free of the desire to win a lot of money which leads to losing everything due to pure greed. When I am betting I don't expect to win most of the time, I am in for the fun of it and any profit is just a bonus that's all. But if you can't control your emotions it would be better to stop gambling altogether which could be a very hard thing to do given the bombardment of ads from all the new and old online Bitcoin casinos. However if you can't help yourself no one could help you because you will just fall victim to another addiction in life outside gambling.

Yes, this gambling sites are totally like black hole if you once get in its very difficult to get out from it as, money makes it more addictive as when you win you always wants to win more and if lose you always wish you could recover it !

I'm too facing lot of issue. I had stopped gambling last year but came back to gambling last month when I earned a bonus amount and I've been winning a lot with sports betting. I'm not able to give up and may be a huge loss would again make me give it up. But I hope that it doesn't happen that I end up losing more than I earned.

It is not easy because gambling let you think that you can earn a lot of money with it which that is actually not true, because you have to be lucky and that is nice.
But it is also hard to stop gambling because you are addicted to it and that have to change if you want to stop.

the level of hardness only depends on the person who wants to do it, giving up gambling can be super easy as a pie for one person while it is super hard for another. it only depends on how much you can control yourself so you have to first work on this controling techniques to acheive that.
