Well you should find someone that can block the IP to the gambling site for you, make them set up something that you can break out so that you CAN't ever gamble again.

Giving up in gambling is not easy, if your already addicted you cannot easily to quit and stop in gamble, if you don't know how to manage yourself and how to control you become addicted. We get addicted because we hoping in winning, we want earn easy money. Gambling addiction is the hard problem to stop, and difficult to give up. There are many ways how you to give up in gambling like force yourself not to gamble, you can focus in other activities.

I will not totally give up gambling. I will just lessen the time of doing gambling at least ones or twice a month. I will spend my time in other ways as always. Making money, studying, hang out with friends, watch TV, surf the net. Do my thesis. Then if I feel bored and I want to have fun sometime I will do gambling again. It is really hard to give up gambling if you are really involve to gambling. Feels like there is a part of you that is for gambling.

I understand your point. If one can balance life and gambling properly and do gambling only as a recreation and to have fun then its good. Many people take gambling as a mode to earn money - that is incorrect because the casinos are made for the owners to make profit. If one just runs e=hind gambling to make profits then they will be at a loss. Its better to consider it as a mode of entertainment.

quitting in gambling is not too easy to do like others think, it's not just like a hot rice that when you burn you can spit it. it is very difficult just like to answer the examination that you have no idea to answer. so if every one are going to quit on them just make sure that you are well determined to quit on there. and quit on gambling little by little don't quit abrupt because it is very difficult.

I believe if we are able to control ourselves then we do not have to quit gambling. Gambling if taken in moderation can greatly help us to balance our mode. With works and a lot of worries, stress often occur. We can remove stress through gambling. It has been studied and already proven that gambling can remove stress and help us in our job by refreshing us during the start of the week.

I think the best way to quit gambling is to find a replacement activity; try to keep yourself busy and stay away from casinos or sports bet sites or wherever you do your gambling. Try to put an end to it by setting up a financial plan and stick to it to limit your losses.

Yeaaa you need to be disciplined and a little bit patient too at the same time.
Otherwise your efforts to quit gambling forever will never ever realized.
Don't get lured with something that uncertain about how you could win big if you continue to play etc. It is all bullshit.
