Current owner of Gleb account has nothing to do with what earlier owner of Gleb account did. It should have no (positive) trust ratings and in any case not belong to DT.Trust ratings are based on the account, not the person controlling it.... :/
You can also adjust trust via the Trust settings - IIRC a person (can't recall their name just now

Yes, dear DT2 members tag me for helping out a forum old-timer in need . What is that going to accomplish, other than your obvious hardon for this "case"?
This is basically how I view this whole situation, which is why I haven't tagged anyone. I'm not an old-timer on bitcointalk but I've been around long enough to have seen the good Gleb does for the forum. He helped dox Master-P, if I recall correctly. In this case all the good he's done greatly outweighs an attempted account sale--it would bother me tremendously if the GG account got into a scammer's hands, but that didn't happen.. What is that going to accomplish, other than your obvious hardon for this "case"?People like digaran can say it isn't fair that (some) DT members are not tagging GG, but that doesn't bother me. It would be even more unfair to give GG a neg for account sales and have that one act negate everything good he's done.
Edit: On the other hand, if new info comes to light (and it seems to be happening) I would definitely change my stance on this. What a mess.

Gleb hasn't been proven to be lying, and hasn't proven to be protecting the buyer. It's all assumptions that are based off the evidence that we have. Plus, the only evidence we have it the personal message, and the password changes. There's also some 'evidence' that his posting habits changed, however that's purely subjective. Depth 2 members or anyone for that matter isn't going to send a negative over to suchmoon just because he now has control of the account. He doesn't really even own it as they have said Gleb can have it back any time he wants. They are holding it so that the account isn't transferred to someone who would abuse the account.
Looks to me that suchmoon helped Bruno out. He's likely going through some hard times which resulted in this whole thing, and suchmoon showed empathy towards this, and wanted to make sure that the account didn't go into to someone else hands that would abuse it. He's also stated that he's not going to be using the account publicly so if it ever does make a post again then we can start having a discussion on why that's happened.

I want to know something here: is it true that Quickseller controls the Tomatocage account? because of this now I have my doubts about Tomatocage and him being on DT1, because Quickseller tried to exonerate Gleb multiple times and even asked for the topic to be closed.

Umm, shouldn't the OP be red-tagged as an (potential) account buyer himself?
He could have been an account buyer, or he could have used it to bait the account name (I doubt an experienced account seller would have fallen for that).I think being a whistleblower on this is more important than him (alledgedly) wanting to buy an account, so he shouldn't end up with red trust. Then again, I never leave red trust for account trading by myself.

Now the question here is: what should we do with the OP for coming forward with this case? is a simple thank you enough? because doing what he did is the right thing to do and people should do this without wanting anything in return other than a thank you.
However, I still have my doubts, do you think OP was the first buyer who got screwed over by the seller and he posted this proof to get back at the seller?
I'd let DT members to decide that and if they think OP is the real man/woman here then maybe DT members could show some gratitude by the means of a green trust?

Seems Hilariousandco has reviewed the message, and came to the conclusion that it has been sold. Man, I'm not going to lie this actually hurts to be seeing this.
Especially, considering he was willing to verify the account still belonged to him when it looks like it might not. It makes me think why he would go to that length to protect the buyer though.

As right after the reset a new address is staked and immediately after the change, Bruno makes a post about YuTü.Co.in
However, since they use the newly staked address in all applications for signature campaigns afterwards, there might be more to this.
