Contacted FortuneJack chat a few days ago, I was then told that I'll be contacted in 24 hours, in 24 hrs I just got a reply that my issue was being looked at. Its been 5-6 days from then and I haven't received any response/refund.
Absolutely 0 customer service.

The outcome was 17.26, so it should of been a winner.  (17.26 this number is < (less than) 52.7)

The outcome appeared as a loser:

Is the visual bug you're referring to the fact that it appears as if he lost the bet, but really he was paid?
(OP, can you confirm you were not paid?  Were you paying enough attention to balance?)

If the user was not paid, you should pay him immediately + extra for what a pain in the ass this has been for him.
Also, you should apologize to him for the bug and also for taking so long to respond to him



Well if this visual bug wasn't there I claim that I would have betted under and would have won it, I was not paid for my loss and still have not been paid. Also paying exta is up to them, but I well deserve a refund for my losses (approx .04BtC)

Yes, you're right. I have a habit of betting "under" when I auto roll, because I find it lucky. And if that bug wouldn't have been there then I surely would have won those bets. So as the bug wasn't a very serious one, but still it was a bug that made me loose money, so I dont demand any bounties, but I am sure, I deserve a refund.

@OP, Any updates regarding this issue? Has it been addressed/fixed yet? What did their support say? I really wanna know what happens, how their support would actually handle this because from what I can see, it's been pretty much brushed off as a 'visual bug which has no effect on the outcome'.

*Also, how do the players know it's really just a 'visual bug' and the wins (even though they're shown as losses) is actually being credited to the account? Urgh. Who knows I guess.

I sort of agree with this. A visual bug also affects the players future bets. If you are gambling, then you are implying what i see is not what is actually happening. Thats not what players gamble on your site for.

If it is a visual bug, why do you need your "top specialists" to fix it? Bugs like this can be easily fixed by changing the HTML. Even a kid could do it  Grin It does affect the outcome of the game - if I bet on a coin flip and bet on the button that says tails, when it actually means heads, I would lose instead of win. That has an affected outcome.

Bounty? They are not even replying to my PMs, they are not even paying me back my lost amount. Really irresponsible on their part.

I didn't get any response either. They haven't fixed anything yet.

Just found a glitch on fortune jack that made me loose a few dollars.

In the above pic see the two encircled areas, i was betting on 2.093x, and on left of 2.093x in the circle you'd be able to see "<52.70" which means that i shall win if number is less than 52.70, but when the bets showed up, in the game column, it says ">52.70", so basically ">52.70" is mathematically correct, but in the beginning i was shown wrong info which made me loose, i always choose "less than" while betting and this confused me, and by the time I realized what is happening, the auto bet had busted me.

As this was a fault on part of thw house, I would appreciate if I am refunded my lost amount(wasn't a lot, but money is money).

What Should Happen:
The obvious way to make this right would be to respond to the player within 6 hours or so with a  sincere apology, itemized list of all the losing bets that have already been refunded (looks like somewhere around .04 BTC) , a time frame of when the bug is expected to be fixed and an extra .025 - .05BTC for the inconvenience.  Meanwhile dice is taken down or programs a pop up or something explaining the bug   < and > are sometimes wrong and players are responsible for double checking before roll until further notice.

It's called customer service.  Same principle applies at restaurants, hotels or banks.

We all know there isn't a chance in hell fortunejack's response will even remotely resemble my example.  First they will take forever to respond, and by the time they do they will have a bunch of other players trying to freeroll them (since they didn't bother fixing stupid bug).  

But what's worse is the fact that their horrendous customer support would rank only a little below average among all the other Bitcoin "Software Provider Buffet" Casinos.

I wish I could help get your situation solved OP but they've basically stopped posting and left all the work to their sig campaign over the past couple months. (shortly after I got this nice message from Jack himself!)

Get some Trusted member look into this. Also consider posting it on reddit. Shame game usually gets a lot of site owners to respond correctly.
