The two later funds will always be available to donate to. (We will be discussing these funds more in other threads, but this thread is for voting on the charity funds only.)

Yea I agree. The variable reward could be something we look to implement. It seems to be working well for DarkCoin. Also, I think the implementation of DigiShield will also help curtail multi-pools from hitting the network as hard.
