yea ive spoke to some other pool operators about things like this happening... there is two sides to the coin...

One, consider this coin is brand new... value to be established still. When this happens some people agree its not a huge deal to have a pool taking a huge share of network speed. With limited pool options and solo getting more difficult, people get left in the dark with no way to mine. Ive said this before.... coins devs need to contact pool ops in advance of launching coins, so there can be more than one for launch time. By capping the pool size , in a way i hurt the growth of the coin.

After a coin is more established if it holds up as a good coin then obviously more pools will be in place. Many people have messaged me about the cap saying im only inhibiting the coins initial growth.

So Im trying to find a balance. didnt expect to see the numbers i came back too.

Something else about the cap in the pool is the cap calculator is not really that fool proof. It doesnt stop people from getting back online that have already registered and making the pool hash go higher. This is something that is being looked into.

i just uncapped it a short while ago... like i said people jumped on it in a big way, didnt expect to come back and see the size it grew too so quickly. GLC is doing pretty good for itself so far... the cap i just put back on will be left there untill some more people get to the other pool.

registration capped again. looks like people really want a peice of global coin. please visit this other pool to even out the hashrate among pools if you want to mine globalcoin   https://glc.epools.org/   they are up to about 20 mhash so you should get fast payment there too.

No, but the pool owners have let the hash get out of control, registration was closed I thought. Pool will fork at this rate
