Even if it drops it will still come up, it has been happening sometimes back , and this will not be the first time.
Nonetheless, even if you believe in Bitcoin to pick up after it's correction/plunge period, you still shouldn't forget not to invest what's more than you can afford to lose, there are investors who are relatively new to the network and know that Bitcoin more often than not recovers after a correction, but they go ahead to invest more than they can afford to lose, doing such will affect your RL activities and can move one to sell in panic at every manipulation that comes up in the media like that of Elon, China, etc.
One can't predict the market you maybe thinking it price will still fall low but unfortunately it may come up unexpectedly.
The truth is that there is no good time for one to make investment , it is something that one can start anytime depending when you are ready.
Of course, but in my opinion it is short term hodlers and investors who want to get rich quick that are too much concerned with the price of Bitcoin before they buy, don't get me wrong, I know it's much better to purchase during a dip, but long term hodlers sometimes do not necessarily have wait for a dip to accumulate, they can buy anytime they sense a fair price, but investors who want to pull out asap/as soon as they accrue some ROI will always want a dip, so with any little spike they can make profits.
