It's not a myth that humans do not use their full brain capacity. If we did, we would be like Lucy, we would have powers and transcend our limited physical existence.
So evolution just gave us 90% extra brain matter for no reason?
Doesn't make sense. And no one has ever been able to show the slightest bit of power as depicted in this movie. The Randi challenge (which you could not pass) has never been beaten.

If you spend your energy nitpicking and judging the movie, you will not open your mind to be receptive to the meaning portrayed in the movie.
Maybe try meditating on what the message is rather than judging the movie itself.

If we talk looks I have to choose Scarlett she's way prettier in my view. And that voice. If we talk acting skills it's a tie. They are both average in the worst possible way. Nothing special about either of them. Then again not everyone can be a Natalie Portman, Jodie Foster or Meryl Streep. To name just a few very gifted actresses.
As far as the Movie goes: I'll definetly watch. Looks like an enjoyable evening to look forward to.
I used to like Besson movies..before he moved to commercially succsesful BS movies like "taxi". But in this movie they propose that stupid old myth about how human brain use only 10% of its capacity. It is not good when movie with supposedly deeper meaning is based on false statement.
