That's a good mindset you have there mate. This forum is indeed a place where you can learn not just about bitcoin but also other crypto and Blockchain. In order to do that is to read what the topic is all about then you'll understand what it is and can join the discussion. There are other platforms where you can learn about Bitcoin but as you can see, this is one of the platforms that you can learn from. Just don't forget to make some research and you'll know that not all information is being shared here but that's okay and that's the reason why other forum members share it here.

OP, If all you listed in your post is what will be your guide to follow in the forum, you're already on the right course. I tell you that in no time you will have advanced in the forum and be acknowledged for your efforts. Everything here is a slow process, and if you stick to it, you'll progress up the ranks. You don't need to focus on your ranking up speed as much as you should on good contents that will help the forum and its users grow; this is where your concentration should be as you advance in the forum.

Good writing skills and use of words can help you pass your idea easier with more clarity than when your sentence is poorly punctuated with poor choice of words that are wrongly used. English is not the native Language of some people in this forum, so they may not be very good at it, but expressing yourself and making some sense when you write here is needed. Because this forum is not about English and not for only English speakers, if you express yourself properly even with a poorly punctuated write-up and somebody understands you, they will still contribute to your discussion because they understand what you're trying to say. What your goal should be is to make some sense whenever you write. 
You don’t necessarily need to be on Bitcointalk to advance on your “bitcoin journey”. Other communities like Twitter or Reddit also exists — it just totally depends on how you use these platforms to learn more. Honestly most of your learning would be through reading books/articles or listening to podcasts than actually talking to people on community forums.
Above all make sure you read and understood forum rules and follow them accordingly as per how it is apply to your activities here in the forum, and also make extra efforts to carey out the practical practice of what Bitcoin entails because Bitcoin is more or less an institution and as a new technology, Bitcoin needs to be properly studied and understood.

Bitcointalk is a broad community where bitcoin technologies and informations are been discussed, so what I observed in Bitcointalk is that for me to go further I have to read what others has written properly and make my contributions to where I understand a discussion.
This is correct because how can you contribute if you don’t know exactly the topic being discussed. There’s an exception to this if you are curious on the topic and want to know more info by asking question on the thread. It’s not wrong to ask questions on the topic that you didn’t know. Just make sure that you read all the replies in case your question is raised already by other user.
