Thank you for your response, I still can not access the casino from my end and it would not be advisable me using VPN to do so as they already stated it clear on their terms and conditions of service to see. My country has no restriction on casinos and to be frank, this casino is missing out from my country's million dollar casino industry to have restricted my country. The choice is theirs to decide if to look into this or to ignore.

The affiliate commission is not based on how many referrals you have but based on how much is wagered by your referrals.
You can find the exact formula about how to calculate your commission on the help center page.
It is as simple as, the more your referral wager = the more commission you'll get but if you are an influencer with high number of followers, you may get different commission rate.
As far as I can see there is no special conditions to claim, just like most common affiliate program, you can claim it anytime once you have it.

This is what I called messing up with the Signature Campaigns and underestimating their potential.
