new releases are ready, please update your wallets

   ]

wallet is running like a charm, nice update!

Nice, please everyone update your wallets, to build better, stronger network, i see just 5-6 of you have updated.

darkgold can you aswell write to www.cryptocoin.cc to add GB; it's a pure technical cryptocoin website with the latest updates on the coins listed (like www.distrowatch.com for GNU/Linux-OS)

Looked it up you can buy a Baikal X11 ASIC miner for this ...gpu mining is dead man walking now...why would they pick this algo? Great idea bad choice in algo...

Maybe you missed the main thing, it's not about the main mining algo; this coin is backed up with Gold - every time someone buys Goldbars with Goldblocks, that amount + profit goes back into GB cause they get buyed back.

I appreciate to have a heavy underpriced coin and such lowtime miners will dump it at me.

Glad to gave you all the relevant info; if you are constructive-minded and need any further help just ask me.

Scrypt-ASIC ouch, then my gpu's wont be much help in mining this, I have 2 rigs both running win 10 , one is amd and on in nvida. the only software miner I found is no to up to date for this alog, and if ASIC is in the game the gpu's time is over..

just use the mining calculator and you will know

What software do you use to gpu mine this coin

it's a bit hard to answer your question without any infos but i'll try

Goldblocks is a X11 Coin and you can mine it with any CPU, GPU or Scrypt-ASIC (which have the most power)

To find the best miner which fits your OS and mining hardware search at www.cryptomining-blog.com which is a good source for mining software and infos.
If you want to mine via pool - just go to the 1st page of that Forum https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/goldblocks-mandatory-update-to-v1210-5172017-1494362   and you will find several pools.

welcome onboard, but hurry on - cause PoW phase will soon be finished

What software do you use to gpu mine this coin

how do you get from home to work? ...

that is a very similar question ...

you need to explain what you mean by that question - as there are MANY ways of mining this coin - and MANY different types of equipment to use mining this coin ...

do you want to mine it yourself? ... what equipment do you have currently? ... are you willing to buy equipment - or want to use what you have? ... considering renting to mine? ...

you are asking for software with gpu ... what gpu? ... amd? ... nvidia? ... other? ... operating system? ... versions of os? ...

be specific with your question - and you will get a specific answer ...

This is an excellent well supported coin, so many scams out their makes me wonder why some of the community overlook this coin.

BLOCKCHAIN BASED MULTI-LEVEL MARKETING
I want to ask miners for their mining experience on official GoldBlocks pool.
Do they found some bugs or issues?
Any suggestion for what we can do to improve your mining experience would be great.
Thanks!

BLOCKCHAIN BASED MULTI-LEVEL MARKETING
So approx. 2 weeks until POW block reward goes to 20? Are my calculations right?

Partially.. block reward will drop to 5 GB. Now is 20GB, until block height 500.000.

Another thing, if you always need stable connection, put this in your config file:

addnode=node1.goldblocks.eu
addnode=node2.goldblocks.eu
addnode=node3.goldblocks.eu
addnode=node4.goldblocks.eu
addnode=node5.goldblocks.eu
addnode=node6.goldblocks.eu
addnode=node7.goldblocks.eu

hi all ...

a few moments ago - the official goldblocks pool underwent some changes ...

the new daemon was compiled and transitioned over to the pool ... this transition was seamless and downtime was no more than 7seconds ...

this caused very minor disruption to mining and was so tiny a time windows - that the pool didnt even skip a beat ...

the stratum was still receiving hashes and as soon as the daemon came back on line - all was back to normal again ...

so now the pool is running on the latest code ... below are some of the stats copied directly from the admin page of the pool - so please excuse the tardiness of the data ...

further - the umbrella we are now working from is fully functional - and the dns addresses are now changed - but the ports stay the same ...

so when mining - the new addresses are as follows ...

Code:
change from

http://goldblocks.granitecoin.com/

to

http://goldblocks.chainworksindustries.com/

that is the only transition that is required - as all the other settings are exactly the same ...

this change is permanent - and the granitecoin.com domain and dns will be switched off within the coming week ... so please miners - change your addresses - as the granitecoin.com domain will no longer be used for the mining addresses ... it will be dedicated purely for the granite project / coin - and will be part of the greater http://chainworksindustries.com/ website when it comes online - after the new granite site is fully published and completed ...

goldblocks will have a place in the cwi site also ...

all the mining pools for our own projects and the projects we support as well as pools we like to set up internally - will be set up from the following address ...

Code:
http://pool.chainworksindustries.com/

@darkgold - please change these settings accordingly in the website ... these changes are permanent ...

we are also in the process of rebuilding the entire stratum back end - which will be announced shortly on our thread ... https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/chainworks-industries-1563601 ...

the dev that is doing the full rebuild is the developer that built the python stratum backend originally ...

much appreciated - and happy mining ...

#crysx

thanks @crysx, we appreciate that.
I made a changes to website and op, there is one small change that need to be changed:
In pool, in help page, are still old addressess and stratums: http://goldblocks.chainworksindustries.com/index.php?page=gettingstarted

http://goldblocks.chainworksindustries.com/index.php?page=gettingstarted

tanx ...

ill get to that very soon ...

please note to all - the http://goldblocks.granitecoin.com/ address will cease in 7days time ... so please change the address settings in your miner to http://goldblocks.chainworksindustries.com/ ...

much appreciated all ...

and very much appreciated darkgold ...

update - all done ...

we will need to change a few things on there when there is a chance - as the info from the pool page is outdated ... willing to help darkgold? ...
