You badly missed two of the most trusted and successful managers here in bitcointalk. Yahoo62278 is one of the best. He/she is mostly handling bounty campaigns that pay in Bitcoins. He/she seldom handles altcoin or ICO projects. Aside from this veteran manager, Aerys2 is also one of the best. I love the way he makes bounty rules. He also gives full attention to each and every campaign that he manages. He has handled several bounty campaigns whose ICOs were sold outs.
