As far as I know that most of miner like to mone Monero coin as a cpu mineable coin. You can try to mine it. Also there have another best cpu mineable coin is Electroneium.

I think verus coin will be a good coin to mine or you can mine monero is good choice also in mining cpu 
I'm not a "pro" miner but if I was one, I'd pick a good balance of the cheapest available coin with the highest market volume and capitalization. These are the first to spike when a bullrun in btc occurs. Beyond that its all just a gamble these days. Any "good coin" can get a massive increase in its network difficulty and you'd be left high & dry with no profits.
According to me, Monero coin will be the best coin for mine with CPU rig...

Monero remains still the best coin to mine with a Cpu and if you have a big datacenter with many physical cpus you can get a wallet which has mining capability built in and take profit from the mining.As long as you have access and you don't pay electricity it means you are going to make a good amount of crypto.
Monero is certainly the perfect solution for mining on a processor, but I would recommend to consider the option with mining Tera Smart Money. Very promising coin.

If Monero implement RandomX in the future, then it would be really nice for you to mine it.
Before i mine in ETN on cpu you can still mine but the difficulty has jumped high its better go with new coins to mine a lot of coins because the difficulty is still low

I remember doing mining Biblepay. Interesting coin with a unique algorithm. In the beginning it was very profitable. It seems that recently the price of the coin has decreased significantly.

You will not earn much on coin mining on processors. Except that to buy expensive processors but it certainly will not be profitable. I know that a year ago I was extracting XMR on processors, but I doubt that now it is profitable. Recently I tried mining one new coin on a processor then in 2 hours I did not find any block
Aside from Pascal Coin which can only be mined efficiently with CPU power, are there any good ones that CPU miners can mine?

I don't really think mining with CPUs currently could be very profitable. Well, you could try that with the new crypto coins which are mineable. With them their difficult levels are not as the already available coins. Say, a machine with 72 to 128 CPUs.
