I am also a beginner. I tried to trade on multiple exchanges, but opted on binance. This exchange has a simple interface, a lot of different coins and large trading volumes.

As some have stated, the easiest "pain free" experience has been: Buy BTC or ETH via Coinbase (delay in getting coins plus  transaction fees, higher on BTC), then "send" whatever amount you want to Bittrex. Once there, buy alts... Always set up 2FA on every account. This is the route I use and it's been super simple. Other than the delay getting the coins in Coinbase, it's seemingly safe and hassle free. Happy trading and never put at risk what you are willing to completely lose.

For buying bitcoin I suggest "coinbase.com" and for trading crypto I would suggest "cryptopia.co.nz".

hi am newbie here..can anyone suggest me good exchange to stat buying  cryptocurrencies..

It all depends if you want buy cryptocurrency and hold, or you are looking for some place for trading.
If you want only buy, in my opinion Coinbase is the safest. For trading the best for me is Poloniex.

Good luck Smiley

I've had good experiences with Poloniex for a broad range of cryptocurrencies and CoinBase for the more mainstream cryptocurrencies.

Poloniex is my first choice i will recommend for you. Their security is high and you can exchange your bitcoins with a lot of stable cryptocoins there.

Hi, In general cryptocurrency exchanges such as bitfinex, binance, bittrex, coinexchange and cryptopia are trustworthy and secured. Whatever exchange that you use i would advise you to use two factor authentication and keep following the exchanges in twitter so you can get to know latest updates from the  exchanges. Personally i would prefer bittrex, cryptopia, coinexchange and bitfinex for cryptocurrency trading.

Good luck for your trading Smiley

First of all u have to buy bitcoin to buy other currencies. So it depends upon from which country u r as many countries do not allow bitcoin to purchase. Localbitcoin website is best and operative all over the world to but bitcoin and then u can buy other cryptocurrencies by this bitcoin on other exchanges like bittrex, poloniex, binance, cryptopia and many others

So meaning to say, Buy bitcoin > transfer to exchanges > then start trading?
And if I were to convert it back to cash, its the reverse cycle?
