One of my favorite movie that motivates me everytime I watched it is "The Internship". It is about two guys who have been laid off with their job because their company has closed. Then they want to have a better life rather than working with a low salary. They try at Google as an intern. They compete with other interns and have done their best. In the end, their team was chosen to work at Google in full-time employment.
Hitch and Pursuit of Happiness by Will Smith are both worth to watch.
Definitely Pursuit of Happiness, Office Space, Boiler Room and Rocky (especially when you know the background of Sylvester Stallone).
