Second, people who has control with huge amount of bitcoin can buy to make price increase or sell it to make the price dump. Its not 100% work but at least 95% work.

The good news is in the future so if you will buy now you will definitely gonna make more money in the future. Not everyday is Christmas in crypto, in fact it's very unpredictable here, hence the risk is too high but those who believe and hold will surely get the success.

Well I can say this is a good news to Bitcoin and cryptocurrency because crypto as decentralized currency system are accepted in many countries as a legal payment system. With It's acceptability will increase it's popularity and profitable trading and investment system as the top Nations begin to adopt it. I believe that this will make more people to be involved in the crypto world.
This is a pretty good news for the market, and bitcoin investors. I hope my country and governments around the world will be like Korea. It is a stepping stone to bring Cryptocurrency closer to people.
The news is good. But Korea's influence on the market is not as great as everyone thinks. Maybe the price will increase, but not much. Let us hope for the best. Maybe other countries too will do something like that

This is interesting and its definitely good for bitcoin and crypto in general. Hopefully this will combat the fud that was spread when the whole korea banning crypto debacle was going on. Acceptance like this is what will lead to the legitimization of crypto which will allow it to be taken more seriously thus increasing the prices.
That may be the reason for the spike of price of bitcoin when it was down like around 6,000$ to 11,000$. We just need events/news like this to boost bitcoin's reputation that will attract more investors.
Well I believe, with every dip and pump bitcoins are becoming popular. In the earlier times, yes the dip was considered as bad times and people started panicking and then selling at bad prices. And the dilemma was people never buy bitcoins in dip too because they usually thought may these prices never come back. But slowly and gradually now, this trend have come to end. Now, people are most awaiting for the dip to buy and pump to sell.
