I think that the place where there are so many altcoin for sale at very cheap prices that you can buy is the Exchange IDEX. IDEX is usually the first choice of coin types before going to the other major exchanges, in addition there is also where the hounty hunter sells tokens that he holds so you can buy coins at a relatively low price.

Scary? What is so scary about our website? We are hoping to create a place which is as simple and user-friendly as possible, because cryptocurrencies are generally not the easiest concept to understand. So we try to help our users start with crypto.

Therefore, we also work on a new site, with information about crypto for beginners: http://www.bitcoinfaculty.com/

It is still work in progress, we are still polishing the texts, but soon will be ready.

Meanwhile, if you have any feedback why our site is scary, I will be glad to hear it.

Looks scary... I would rather not buy there.
There are thousands of website like that, more than half is scam

Coinbase + Bittrex is best option for, buy with SEPA and be sure that no one will scam you.

You must choose the exchange sites which is reliable in the market. I suggest to use the coinbase and localbitcoins if they are looking to exchange the fiat for bitcoins.
These sites are fine to start with apart from that there are ma y exchanges available here to get the profit based on the investment s d etc...

Good place to buy altcoins for newbies are binance and kucoin. Those two are very easy to us, the UI is simple and no need for complicated signing up and verification.
The current scenario Binance and kucoin is a good exchanges but Binance is best for all the trading. The current market is really unpredictable so newbies are carefully choose the best coin in this situation. Because altcoins are really bleeding in recent days but right now all are green in the market. So we can't predict the exact outcome in future results and this will be useful for many beginners in this forum.

For newbie best one is centralize . the likes of Binance . bitfinex and kucoin most alts are in there 3 exchanges and has a good volume as well so newbies wont end up being on pump and dump and lose a ton of money on their first day , anyway staying at btc , eth , ltc is the best bet for newbies on the space then read more about other alts
An exchange won't determine whether a newbie, hero or legend will got a big loss as you said a ton of money. The focus is only on yourself, you understand the cryptocurrency market and you will be safe, I am confident with that. There were everyone talking about a decentralized market that is very vulnerable to pump and dump, even though if you know the ins and outs of cryptocurrency you will not choose it. So, the first factor is the knowledge you were looking for before, don't dare to take action if you don't have a strong foundation.

The two major exchanges are good for both newbies and old members. They not only lists a lot of altcoin but also very professional, new people can choose them as the first choice when starting the trading.

For newbies, a trustworthy exchange should be good option for purchasing altcoins. For example instead of using a new exchange or service, use Binance, Bittrex, HitBTC or similar big exchange. This also slightly more secure your coins from turning out of the scam. Only use a service that has good reputation.

If you're placed in Europe, there is a good place to buy altcoins, accepting SEPA payments (which are relatively fast - 1 business day). It is suitable specially for newbies, as it is very simple and straightforward, requiring almost no previoius knowledge of crypto. It is a specialized e-shop. where you buy cryptocurrencies as goods: you select your coin, amount, give e-mail and just place your order. https://www.ccshop.info
some exchanggers have several exchanges that have a difficult appearance, but I still try to always choose on a large trading volume, because this will determine a fast trading time. and make sure the exchanger has a stop loss facility, in order to reduce large losses.

Some exchangers have a complicated look, but I recommend focusing on trading volume because this section will determine the trading time. and make sure the exchanger has a stop loss facility, it is important to prevent big losses.

Sorry for late reply.

Well, for now, the numbers are really low, I admit.

But this European-wide site has just recently started, as you found out.

But our Czech-language version (we come from Czech) has been around for over a year, and we have someting over 6000 customers, which is - considering how small Czech republic is, not bad at all.

We hope to be successfull also in other countries now Smiley

Thanks for the response still.

6000 customers is already a good number and volume for an exchange that isn't so popular and still new. You need more of the marketing if you are targeting user-base locals which is a good start even though you already have 6000 people. That number is an active user or only the total number of registrants?

Your site even doesn't look so user-friendly because of the traditional interface and style of exchanges. I saw same exchange before but that wasn't recognized by the community and I forgot that. But before using this exchange, check the whois on how long they have been operating.

I wouldn't say so. Using an exchange is for professionals, for traders. Ordinary people have no chance to understand the instruments used on an exchange - placing an order on an exchange is horribly difficult, all the terms like "limit order", "market order" - sorry but this is all for professionals and requirest previous study. Also, just being accepted to an exchange is often a tedious and lengthy process.

Very much unlike a simple visit of a specialized e-shop and placing an order without any hassle at all.

May be you are right. Some people really don't understand all these 'bids, asks, etc'.
But most of exchanges have two modes: simple version and advanced. The simple mode is created exactly for users you are targeting.

I would rather go to all ready trusted exchanges like bitrex, bitfinix, poloniex, kucoin and hitbtc to name a few if you want to buy altcoins that are traded daily or you could check decentralized exchanges for tokens that are not listed in the coinmarketcap.
