It depends  actually on your country and even city, there are many local websites for my country who have great deals and ship free across the whole country. You can also check on ebay. Local deals are what i recommend  !!!

I would suggest buying anything from a store / company located in your own country to avoid shipping fees etc. www.google.com is a great website for finding stuff.

Dell auctions off refurbished desktops and laptops on their eBay store. I got a nice desktop for $60 in an auction. Not the best if your trying to run high end programs, but they will work if you just need something for web use and stuff

TigerDirect.com Maybe? or from bitcoinstore.com? Also overstock.com  if you want it with bitcoins. If you want in cash you can check those and maybe take a look at newegg.com and e-bay.com .

I think bitcoinstore and the all new overstock are good options if you are buying with bitcoins. If not maybe e-bay or amazon.

Well, since the other members have already listed the most popular stores online, then I guess that it's up to you to decide which one do you want to purchase from. I strongly suggest you to avoid buying refurbished ones, because they can potentially cause a lot of hassle when you have them delivered to your home, and then they start to malfunction shortly after you have used it.

Country you’re in and more specifics will be needed to recommend you a computer. And what kind of data are you wanting to process exactly?
