Bitcoin is not a must. Especially in 2025 when it is at its all time high and will continue pumping , best to wait till next bear market in 2026 to start buying Bitcoin when the price starts falling again. That is what I’m doing anyway.

Altcoins can 10x, 20x or even 50x in 2025 from current prices , Bitcoin maybe 2x if you’re lucky.

Out of the 5 altcoins you are holding there, I hold MultiversX also. Expecting it to 10-20x this year , fingers crossed.

I bought the altcoin dip in recent weeks and my portfolio now consists of the following coins:

- Polygon
- Fantom
- Litecoin
- MultiverseX
- Supra

Which coins would you add or recommend me?
Why is bitcoin not in your portfolio? I am not against investing in altcoins, and I don’t have any problem with the coins that you bought, but at least you are suppose to have bitcoin also in your portfolio. When you are making an investment, you don't have to invest just because it’s been recommended to you, and they say the coin is good, always make sure you do your own research before investing in any coin, don’t just follow what people say blindly.

Let me add a coin to the ones that you mentioned above. If you leave some little amount in SOLANA, it’s not really a bad idea, but I will recommend you do your research first before investing. Don’t just invest in it just because I recommended it to you, do your research if it is worth investing in.

BTC.

Don't let anyone recommend you a coin to, every one of your coin selections should be based on your convictions, and dip research about the projects.
That's fine, he'd surely get to know if someone is only shilling an unknown project to him and it seems that he's lack of BTC, I've suggested that's what he needs to add to his portfolio to make it as a good one.

Don't fill up you bag with altcoins and think that you are in the game because altcoins are magical and no one can know the right one to invest that will give you good profit. Those altcoins that you bought, it's better that you don't hold them for long but sell when you see profit.

It's not all those altcoins that you bought that will pump simultaneously with each based on the influence of bitcoin price movement. Some might not be able to follow the wave.

A quick look at your current portfolio, I think you are doing just fine and what you need right now is to hold some portion of Bitcoin, to balance up, and that is if you have an extra cash flow that you can put away for a long time.
