Yes the issue was resolved last night shortly after he made the comment. The issue was due to his withdrawal address which had no transaction history and therefore was not recognized as a valid address by the smart contract. Smart contract executed transfers will often fail if the receiving address has no transaction history. So our contract tried to send the withdraw shortly after he made the request but Bc he was using a withdrawal address that no use and no history, the transfer failed. 

We took the proactive step of using an external address to make a small transfer to his withdrawal address which validated his address on the tron network and then we reinitiated the execution of the smart contract which sent the funds and this time it was successful.

I won’t disclose the transaction ID because I do not wish to jeopardize the privacy of this user but on our other thread he confirmed last night that he received the funds and everything was resolved shortly after we were made aware of the situation.

OP have to solved the withdrawal issue and i wish it will be solve soon and recently i just register and get 100 tron as welcome bonus but i had spend all of it only for several bets and to playing blackjack the game was loaded a couple of minutes and for me it was too long and also during play it through your casino the game was very heavy to played

Hello sir, the reason why the transaction failed is that the withdrawal address that you indicated was a newly generated address and did not have any transaction history. The way that smart contracts are executed on the tron network often make it difficult to send funds from automated smart contract to newly generated address with no transaction history.  We ask that you make some transfer of a small amount to one of your other addresses OR if you need assistance with this, I will personally try to arrange a small transfer so that the network will recognize your new address and you can resubmit the withdrawal request and now that you will have some transaction history the smart contract will execute the transfer as it attempted to do so 12 hours ago when you made the request.

I hope the OP can check for your withdrawal and you will get your coin very soon. I hope that is because the network has been busy to handle so many transactions at once, so it needs time to confirm the transaction.
Maybe they are busy too to handle the site, and that makes them slow to reply to your ticket. Just give them time to solve your problem.

Is this like the eosbet website but for the tron version of it? As far as I know they are giving away bet token for every bet they make as well and you would become part owner of the casino and get dividends from the profits of the casino as well. If they are the same and only difference is this one is tron vs the eos and there are some more games in it, then you would have to spend a lot of time and money on marketing to go beyond them before you even rival the bigs of crypto casino.

If people know who they are and what they do then you do not have to market yourself to explain what type of business you are, you only have to rival the fact that you are similar but better, their job was harder because they had to explain the whole concept. If you can achieve that over eosbet then you can start rivaling the big ones as well.

Unlike the other previous posters, I can load the site faster or I can say it as standard loading for gambling site. Indeed opening the game for the first time is a bit slow as there are updating something then loading again but I can open it in less then 15seconds. I went back to the main page then reopen the game (roulette) and no updating things anymore. The game opened in few seconds only which is good. First of all, I want to say that the site is pretty good for the design and even it said that after register we will get 50 trx, I get 100 trx ( need to be confirmed again). I have registered on your site but i can't load to any game there. It says my browser not support any of any of the required graphics API for this content, I'm using Chrome and have setting my browser hardware acceleration to on but there is no change.

• The site really slow to load, I think too many widgets on the site
• I try to play a game "Blackjack", Need around 2-3 mins to load the game. To be honest, I don't really like engine game like this too long to load would be good just like other gamble platform went they load the game quickly only around 5-10 second.

That kind of site will need an improvement especially what they said if the team is looking forward to have a good site that is not a bit lag when playing. Even me I won't like playing games in a site that is a bit lag and too many loading screens. I suggest you should remove some of it to reduce waiting time or going through some loading screens.

Tried playing roulette on your site and I am not impressed. There are way too many loading screens even though it did not take too long and eventually loaded up for me. Also, the animations were laggy and I have a decent PC.

Your team needs to focus on fixing these issues immediately before focusing on other stuff since quality should be first priority here.
