I'm sure that banners and contextual advertising from Google are not the main means of attracting investors. I doubt that anyone who invested, seeing only a banner. ICO can be advertises in many social media platforms. Here, bitcointalk is one of the best channel to marketing the ICO. Anyway, more regulation or restrictions just make the ICO better. We need the valuable projects in the near future
Yes it's true i think they paid by US FBI to Prohibits ICO and crypto. If somebody close a door for you there's an open door that willing to accept ICO and crypto. Well Google is a giant social media site. We could use another website to advertise and soon CRYPTO will rise from ashes.

It's not clear why Google refused to advertise ico.the guys always supported to new technologies that improve the world. I believe that ico is an excellent help to many projects and in this our future.
