You your self can really determined that one. I was also added on the list lately. I also dont know the exact reason. It is maybe because of my recent posts about my main account being hacked(i was able to post anything wrong or something wrong). The thing here is move on(well for this one at least you can still solve your problem unlike if your account is being hacked which is pretty impossible)
Just looking at the first page of posts that I can see, most of yours are one liners that look
to be very sloppily written.

When you post, what you write is meant to be read, correct?  And for that 'signal' to get through,
spelling counts, grammar counts...it all counts.  If English isn't your first language, or you just
can't write skillfully, it shows.  And it's easy to spot the shit posters.  They make posts that no one
wants to read.  They say the same thing over and over, with poor grammar, and the content looks
like it was written with two fat, swollen thumbs on a cell phone that's a size too small.  I could see
the reason you were added to the SMAS blacklist within seconds.  They're strict, and I think they're
not even strict enough.  I've seen a lot of garbage posters accepted into campaigns by Yahoo62278
lately, and I thought he was adhering to the SMAS list.  I don't put any blame on him though, because
he's one of the best campaign managers out there.  I'm sure he has to accept some applicants that
he might otherwise not.  Anyway.

I must have to admit that english is not my first langauge. My grammar has been like this for a long period of time(It is not perfect but it isn't that bad either. How could I say so? Simple cause i am being understood, you do right? cause if you don't then you wont even bother answering to a comment that you could not understand.
Skillfully? You seriously thinks that way? Posting on a forum is not about your english skills its about how meaningful your words are(which we should also have to admit that we are not doing all the time. You should know that)

I have found myself in the SMAS black list here. My post history is open to everyone, so I invite the SMAS managers to explain in the open the exact reasons why I've been added to this list. Thank you.
A manager simply could call you a trash commentator or a spammer, depends on your posts. It's hard to get out from the list, so my recommendation for you is to check all SMAS's managers  list and to find in which one you were not added and work only with those one who stairs friendly to you. Good luck!

I was just testing you to see whether your intent is malicious or not, which has been proven to be the case with the post above referencing something in a context that is not only false but also completely irrelevant. This is nothing other than a pathetic attempt at attacking my reputation disguised as a complaint about SMAS, which is also trivially proven given that you've made it in the wrong section and had near zero knowledge of how SMAS works to begin with.

Have fun getting removed from such a list, especially given Yahoo has stopped his review process and I obviously have no intention of donating my time to malicious individuals trying to play children's games. Butthurt spammer be butthurt. Contact Quickseller if you need a new BTCT account and shorena if you need someone to escrow an account sale

I have no clue what you are talking about. Anyway, you'd better check posts better next time instead of indiscriminately labelling people spammers. And it seems that you should apply your own rules and policies against yourself first. I hope you will be left alone in the end with all your dirty blacklists, abandoned and forgotten. You are nothing, and this is where you will end up eventually.

You're a spammer, whether you want to publicly admit it or not. The latter is not something that anyone should care about either, given your randomness. Complaining that you're on my list can have one of the following consequences:
1) Removal from the blacklist by actually improving and following the proper procedure.
2) Permanent blacklist and/or neutral rating.

You have to prove that. Otherwise this is no more that your personal opinion which you can't even support. You may put me in whatever black lists you please but this will just make all of them irrelevant sooner. I'm really fascinated that the dude who had been caught with blackmailing and extortion could ever try to play a semi-god here ("following the proper procedure"). Following the proper procedure you should have gotten kicked out of the forum long ago.

This just proves that you are doing a great disservice to this forum.

So you are the only one to blame, all the worse for you. Now you may want to show the posts which you consider as spam. I got blacklisted right after I was kicked by you from the BitMixer campaign on January 4th. I can prove that by posting here our PM's if you question that date. All my posts are in place since the time I had enrolled in this campaign, and somewhere in my post history should be an enrollment post. Now show which of my posts are spam within those two dates.
The only thing that you shall get, given your behavior and spamming nonsense, is the following image:

This just proves that you have nothing to show to substantiate your claims. You just punish people out of your whimzy. I hope you will never be allowed to run a signature campaign again. You are doing a great disservice to this forum, whatever you might claim to the contrary. I won't be surprised if theymos comes out of his disguise and finally bans you for good for what you have already done and will certainly do in the future, you definitely deserve it. Stop playing a god, you are none. You are not even close to being an angel, a fallen angel.

You won't have any difficulty finding me in Lutpin's list
That is not Lutpin's list, that is the combined SMAS list, idiot.

First read the actual description of SMAS before asking stupid questions. In other words, read before you spam with *legitimate questions*.

If you don't, why am I in your list too?
Lutpin:

(total of 0 users)

Anyway, if the lists should match, why yahoo62278, who is also part of this SMAS group, is not adding me to his black list as well? He seems to have managed the majority of the campaigns that I had ever been enrolled in, and he never had any issue with my posts.

So why did you add me to your list?
A current combination of the lists of Lauda and yahoo can be found in the first reply.

What my posts are spam according to you? You have yet to provide any proof. This is no longer a private issue.
No, they don't. Their list is theirs to make and ours to agree with.
Opinions of anyone else don't matter in this regard.

They don't what? Could you please make your point clear? Do you consider my posts as spam? If you don't, why am I in your list too? If you mean that your list should match Lauda's, what's the purpose of keeping your own list at all? Anyway, if the lists should match, why yahoo62278, who is also part of this SMAS group, is not adding me to his black list as well? and revisit the issue with Lauda in 60 days

There is nothing to revisit. I don't consider my posts as spam. I was posting in BitMixer campaign, and after I was kicked out by Lauda, I wasn't very active in the forum. I just didn't feel like posting anymore here. Ironically, if my posts are not spam, this group of the self-proclaimed spam fighters are in fact contributing to spam instead of preventing it by punishing legit posters. Why am I not surprised? If I'm not mistaken, I was participating in a few camapigns run by Lutpin before, and all my posts had always been counted unless I was posting in a thread where posts weren't counted. He can check his files. And after I got blacklisted by Lauda, I miraculously made it into Lutpin's blacklist too soon thereafter. I would like to hear Lutpin explain this thing as well. He seems to pretend to be a spam fighter too.

Context is missing; check the gap in his post history. I'd be inclined to believe that he was likely blacklisted from the Bitmixer campaign

Which gap do you refer to? As I said above, I had no desire to post here anymore having been tagged as a spammer by you. Do you call that spam fighting? And remember I had PM'ed you, and I can prove that I was kicked out exactly on January 4th. There is no need to insinuate about "context" simply because there is none. I had been making like 50 posts a week since I had enrolled in BitMixer campaign, and they all remain in their place in my post history.

What my posts are spam according to you? You have yet to provide any proof. This is no longer a private issue.

I'm surprised you got blacklisted, too, as your posts aren't that bad.

They're better than at least 95% of what I read here.
That does not necessarily mean that he shouldn't be blacklisted.

Maybe stop posting in the huge spam mega threads and revisit the issue with Lauda in 60 days.  That's good advice anyway, because you may end up with deleted posts from those threads, and it's just a waste of your time to begin with.
Correct. However, in most cases people just rush into a review when 60 days have passed without there actually being any improvement.

So just because I posted in the thread which is thought to be spammers' thread, I shoud be tagged as a spammer?
I didn't say that, I just gave an example from your post history.

Quote
I've been putting effort and thought in every post I make regardless of the thread. I have heard people complaining about being put in this SMAS list for no valid reason either. Ironically, my words in this post turned out to be true. The price crashed to below 750$ in less than two weeks.
Basically, SMAS is a private blacklist. The creator can put whoever he wants on there

Yes, but they make it look like they are serving the public good. If someone like Lauda makes claims about fighting spam here, he should be ready to explain the exact reasons why someone gets tagged as a spammer. This is no longer a private issue once it is made public. You see how it turns out to be in real life. And this dude had been caught blackmailing someone around here, so his intents are dubious and questionable at best.

As for being on Lauda's list: you can ask to be reviewed after 60 days.

I shouldn't be there in the first place. If this dude is pretending to be fighting spam here and making public claims about that, there should be valid reasons for putting people in the black list.
