Firstly I want to believe that you're a newbie and this makes it to appear that you purposely created this account for reporting them of your experience, there are similar challenges some users also experienced recently but one thing you need to understand about take is that it's a reputable gambling platform and won't because of your little money jeopardize their reputation on that regards, maybe you try and conform to their requirements for kyc, it may be another reason or contact their customer care from their website, they usually respond but you need to wait and be patient.
According to your screenshot, You bet on NY with -22.5 handicap while the result of the game is 101-83 which your bet is lose since NY didn’t cover the -22.5 points difference. Your bet is a handicap pick and not a Match winner. You should be familiar on bet picks before you start wagering money on gambling.
I'm not sure if what you're saying is true or you did something that resulted in them cancelling your bet, but you should consider sharing it in their ANN thread so that the representative can reach out to the technical support to see if your placed your bet late or it was as a result of their system malfunctioning.

Hello. Yesterday I bet in Stake 75€ to the IND VS NY WNBA match. I bet to the NY so tecnicaly i won. My bet got buged and Stake dont want to refound me the money. These are the proofs.
