A network system that is directly a possible replacement for the current financial system or one day will damage your grip and control, whether you will believe it in the first place. In fact you have to convert the word into a more appropriate threat. It is very difficult to set it up. Bitcoin will encourage more money laundering because of the anonymity it provides. Ordinary people still do not understand Bitcoin and think of it as some kind of fraud.

Why, until now, government all over the world still doesn't trust bitcoin?

If it is a good and advanced technology with innovation accepting governments will accept Bitcoin to make their country and people economic growth increase as consideration.

If the government don't care about the people or advanced technology or the economic growth, then that particular government may ignore or don't trust Bitcoin as a digital currency.

It all depends on how the governments see Bitcoin.

I think because the government sees bitcoin from its unstable price factor it is considered very risky for its people to have bitcoin, so until now the government does not trust bitcoin.

Governments are greedy for the control and thus they will never allow anything that can cause the threat to their ambition of controlling every aspect of our life. It will affect them in long run to compete with the developed world. Currently Bitcoin is helping people and I hope the government can see this.

I wouldn't say they are greedy but money and financial power comes with political power and everything and so for them to loose such power on the finances through bitcoin which they can use as a power to control the citizenry i think they deserve to be genuinely peeved.

Why, until now, government all over the world still doesn't trust bitcoin?

Actually, not all governments do not believe in Bitcoin but there are still many governments who believe and use Bitcoin in his country. Some governments do not believe in Bitcoin because Bitcoin can bring bad influence to its citizens and can be used for illegal things. The government simply does not want its citizens to be deceived by Bitcoin.

its just a matter of time.. remember how some government were skeptical about the internet and wireless communication.. its better to position as one of the early investors.than to go late to the party..

Unless there a mutual understanding reached at Between governments and Bitcoin, there i going to be a continued battle for legislation, one which will either affect the value of Bitcoin or lead o an agreement on ways of taxation, The governments consider Bitcoin a threat to the national economy as it cannot be easily taxed, some claim that it finances criminal activities. Governments wants BTC to be brought to book, something hat will deprive it of its independence as a crypto

I think the government does not trust bitcoin because bitcoin is difficult to manage by one institution because Bitcoin is peer to peer and Bitcoin is a digital currency whose prices are almost the same in every country is not the same as fiat currency.

Actually it's not  the trust it was control. Control over trust, they cannot control a decentralized currency. That is why many government didn't accept bitcoin. It may destroy the centralize principle of their nation. And many Government didn't understand this kind of currency as also the people. They may know about it but the whole process for them is unknown.

Governments may become concerned about legal security and law enforcement issues associated with Bitcoins.
For example, the private nature of Bitcoin transactions, Bitcoins could easily be used to facilitate criminal transactions and to evade taxes.”

The battle between governments and Bitcoins is on that has taken the longest time with lots of legislation issues coming to play, Most governments feel like Bitcoins are a threat to their national economies as they aren't taxed yet they make huge transactions.  therefore there is a battle to hold BTC to account which is very hard as tracing these transactions aren't as easy

Some governments are afraid of bitcoin and other altcoins because they have no control over the market and can not get their hands on people's profits through their taxes. Decentralization and impossibility of taxation are words forbidden to these petty and deplorable governments.

Maybe that's because they can't control bitcoin. Unlike paper money, they can control when to distribute, when to make another paper money, it won't happen to bitcoin.

There were two different types of governments, one has understood the need for bitcoin and has a positive approach which has made them adopt it. The second type is the one where the decentralized functioning is mentioned to be a big controversy and stay away from it. Because, they cannot keep it under their own control fearing it might shatter the economy.

The main problem with bitcoin is goverments. They don't trust bitcoin and that is a major problem. It is the thing that stands between bitcoin and being a global currency.
