I think the problem is not about the government's trust in bitcoin.
but the main problem is because of 2 things:
1. governments worry when they receive bitcoin, then the crime rate will increase high.
2. The government is worried that bitcoin will beat the national currency. the result is the public interested to bitcoin and the government harmed.

in fact, all the above problems can be solved if the government manages bitcoin well.

Well, the governments run on fiat currencies. The government has control on all the economic activities that its own country runs. With Bitcoin, you don't have that control anymore. It's decentralized, the government would never adopt something that goes against its own economic system, banks, ect.

Why, until now, government all over the world still doesn't trust bitcoin?

I think this information should be updated because not all governments or not all nations now are against Bitcoin. In fact there are now more nations that adapt, legalize and regulate Bitcoin like Japan and Germany in which they legalize it then use its potential into the fullest with less to free of Bitcoin tax if the people will use this currency to their spending. If there are nation or government that against Bitcoin but still they are only few compare to those embrace it.

Highly corrupt governments often declare Bitcoin illegal, while countries with good governance have an extremely friendly legal framework for electronic money. Fear of Bitcoins is a network of untrustworthy, decentralized and transparent publicity that may have led many governments to question it.
Actually, bitcoin with the government has the same strong cometmen so they sometimes blame each other and they do not combine with each other so that sometimes the government does not accept the existence of bitcoin in the country and sometimes there is a government that inaugurates the existence of bitcoin because the government knows that bitcoin is very useful and profitable for the people. And in essence, trust is needed by them to unite with each other.

In my opinion, the government all over the world still doesn't trust bitcoin because the government cannt controll over bitcoin. but, the bitcoin is the future technology, so the goverments should legalize bitcoin and take taxes for bitcoin transactions.

Why, until now, government all over the world still doesn't trust bitcoin?

I guess the Government is just doing their job as a government. There are some aspects they consider to protect their country and the people as well. I am not saying that bitcoin brings harm to people. We all know that it is very helpful. But we don't know their exact reason why they do not accept bitcoin, we need to respect it.
I think no, as long as people particularly users, supporters, devoted developers and investors have access on the web, bitcoin will remain to be. There is no way for any local government to effectively stop bitcoin just because of mistrusting from operating because it is decentralized meaning its operation doesn't come from a single point but rather everywhere.

Why, until now, government all over the world still doesn't trust bitcoin?

maybe because of bad impressions due to the work of people who used Bitcoin in illegal ways and in scamming people. If that is the case how can they trust it.

Why, until now, government all over the world still doesn't trust bitcoin?

Everything has its pros and cons and the only cons of bitcoin is its decentralisation that there is no governing body over it so there are no authorised rules and regulations that controls the laws and rules and bitcoin and this is the only reason why the transaction fee of bitcoin is hiking now a days and this is also the reason why so many countries are not approving bitcoin for their nation because they do not find bitcoin to be trust worthy and introduction of bitcoin in their nation can put their national security in risk.

maybe the government has its own reason to ban bitcoin in its country because bitcoin users can be misused for negative things so the government has its own way to protect itself from its cheating.

The government and Bitcoin have to talk about something. Bitcoin is an online currency so many people can not believe it. Bitcoin can be used in both good and bad works. The government of many countries believes in good terms and the government of some countries are banned considering it bad. But I think Bitcoin will do better in our lives.

Most of the country in the world 's  government and bitcoin are contradictory part .  It has some logic , bitcoin is new, already millions of person know it but transparency level is not high . To control a country economy have to maintain some rules and regulation . So governments try to understand its activities. I hope nearest future bitcoin leads the country .

As many here have already said, one of the motives is the trust, which at the same time comes with the knowledge, the understanding and the acceptance of a certain thing, in this case the Bitcoin. Probably many aspects of cryptocurrency are yet to be understood and accepted. In addition, the Government for several reasons (good and bad ones) likes what it can fully control Wink.

Why, until now, government all over the world still doesn't trust bitcoin?

Not all governments distrust bitcoin. For those who do, they are not so convenient with the principle with which bitcoin operates. The decentralization of bitcoin takes the power back to the people in terms of their finance transaction which no more becomes a subject to third party interruptions as seen with the governments and banks.
Governments around the world have signaled their ongoing or imminent intent to legislate and regulate cryptocurrencies around the world, and it seems the largest banking and financial firms are waiting for more clarity before they forge ahead with plans to enter the market.
Governments around the world often make similar statements, but no concrete action is taken. They want to regulate in such a way as to have the maximum profit from the turnover of the Crypto currency, but this is not easy to implement.

They do not trust bitcoins because:

1) There had been a number of similar online scams in the past.

2) They fear that it will replace the official currency in their country.
