If government want to take advantage of bitcoin, they should regulate businesses the ICO programs, exchange websites and imposing taxes on altcoins in order for other traditional businesses to cope up with the revolution of blockchain market. If a government does not steps in to this revolution brought by government, traditional businesses should make an innovation in order to stay competitive with today's market.

The  economy of sharing is just going to continue to grow, and governments will be forced to understand and manage its implications while embracing its benefits. However, institutions will be at a notable disadvantage if they wait too long and newer technologies and markets will have already been developed that do not follow traditional models. There are already model blockchain technologies being employed in some of the worlds largest banks. THe government must at a minimum, understand the implications of these technologies before the world moves on.

Conclusion is that different authorities companies, departments have categorised bitcoin in different ways. I listened to someplace that governments may possibly worry bitcoin cause price is established by customers and not central governments.
That is right, it is the one of problems the government want to accept Bitcoin and help it become famous.
They can not fixed its value as currency, because it is a speculation place.
Even, no one can manages it, it also the reason make the government always consider again many times.

Some governments support Bitcoin and some do not. I am not truly too certain about my country's federal government.

The sharing economy is just going to continue to grow, and governments will be challenged to understand and manage its implications while embracing its benefits. However, governments will be at a significant disadvantage if they wait too long and newer technologies and markets will have already been developed that do not follow traditional models. Think of the following: Uber is the world’s largest taxi service and owns no cars. Airbnb provides lodging yet does not own real estate.

How will local governments adapt to these new ways of doing business that are disrupting traditional business models? All we know now is that governments are a long way from even contemplating and accepting this new reality.

relationship Between bitcoin and government like ISIS and USA government will support only things that control it and will give some money

But services like bitcoin with is free+ out of control willnot be supported by government soon

I think they will figure it out how to work together well. I would say that good regulation will bring tremendous benefits to the community. This will protect us from a scam, at least partly...

Japan's proven it can be done. I think other governments should just be open to the possibility of having it's citizens enjoy the benefits of bitcoin usage.

government can't handle bitcoin and for sure there will be more problems if the government handle bitcoins and for sure the government will just manipulate it's price because they are handling it.

I'm sure this will never happen because if the government takes over the bitcoin then our decentralised bitcoin won't be decentralised anymore. That's the thing, currently it's not regulated and it's price is increasing because we can manipulate the way we want it. We can bring up the flood of investment with big investors and can just pump it the way we want. :-)

If government is there then everything will be messed up and for sure they will manipulate the price for themselves and not for the public interest. Might do that for the millilitre use who knows. To buy weapons. Lols. So hopefully that should not happen.

I do agree that the sense of decentralisation will be gone if the government will regulate bitcoin transactions.
The fact that bitcoin is popular for its unlimited transactions, speed and no fees will be just a characteristic that existed yet changed. Like for fees, there are already fees for transaction yet one of the bitcoins purposes is mainly that.
What will we be holding in the future of bitcoin ? Even if you earned millions, if there will be a percentage in fees, then it's worthless.
Government regulation the transaction of bitcoin, will never happened, since it's decentralized from the start, none of create in this world have the control over bitcoin, but if government want to regulate the usage of bitcoin, they definitely can.
there's nothing to worry about, bitcoin will always be decentralized forever.

They wont I agree.  Because people will see how corrupt these government official are especially when it comes to  taxation.  Transparency, government is afraid of this and blockchain is promotes transparency.  So they will chose a more private option than this public ledger.

Ya it is true that not only government but even banks and other financial institutions are afraid of bitcoins success but they are taking blockchain technology in good way and even so many bank have started to get full knowledge about blockchain so that how they can implement it in banking system.

They know that bitcoin is decentralize but they can adopt it as alternative payment and will be beneficial to the people. They can't have the control to the supply of bitcoin but they can regulate and give appropriate laws and regulations for each transactions that was being made on their jurisdiction. This is the only way to let government touch and help the bitcoin economy but we will be taxed.

Sharing Economy exist from centuries. It is just...with the help of technology, it now operates on such a large scale. Govt. can only handle these new changes by adopting new technology. They have to smart enough to understand consequences(both good and bad) of these changes and find a solution accordingly.

I hope that government would not take over the bitcoin because probably the currency will change to decreasing point and yes obviously they were going to manipulate the price for themselves because most of the governments are corrupted.
Most corrupt government will not support bitcoin because they are supporting the transparent one.
They want to stay with decentralized system so they can control everything, bitcoin is the opposite but it gives real transparency and freedom to people.
