I sent a personal invite to waltsmith.  I'm really interested in getting ideas for marketing/improving the community.

For those keeping track you got a message from the CEO, web dev and the coin dev in the last hour!

---------------

On another note, I'm noticing a large increase in mining as well!

Nice to hear from the coin founder (CEO whatever you wanna call him Tongue) on a side note the p2pool is really starting to pay off with the low dif my coin output has doubled in a day and a half of mining.  Awesome!

thatk you all guys !

actually it was missing  " -vert"  in my batch file!
Now my 0.5.3 it's started but it works at only 275 Khash per GPU (280x).
It 's less than half of scrypt hash rate! Don't you seem?

with Cgminer i get 750 Khash per GPU.

When you mine Scrypt-N you get only Half Kh/s than normal Scrypt mining.
Play with your settings till you get 350+ kh/s also increase intensity to 20.

Hello all, I am looking for some help with the community.  As you know I'm busy working to make the store front open up smoothly the business end really eats up all my free time which doesn't allow me to go through 50 new pages a day on this forum.  I can't answer every single question, some of which (such as "what exchanges are trading") can be alleviated by simply re-posting information from the OP.  I know there are important questions questions floating around, and that is where you come in.  I would like to hire 2 community members who can maintain activity on this thread, answer questions and forward any pressing issues to a private e-mail address.

The store front is under development but we can always welcome new members to the team such as graphic designers or even other web developers to take some of the work load.  Shoot me a PM if you believe you could be a valuable asset to the team and thanks for your continued support.

As for the e-mail issue, the @gpucoin.net accounts still work and after talking to two separate tech support agents they could not find any issues with how they were set up.  If anyone has any knowledge as to why some mail servers can't send to them I would greatly appreciate it.
I vote for community member waltsmith. He seem like somebody that really care for this coin and want to see it succeed.

Hello All,
I just got off the phone with the CEO.  I don't mean to provide excuses but he is extremely busy working on the business side of things. I am going to let him take the lead on communicating most of the items we discussed (communication/marketing/community etc.) but I did get the ok to announce that I am the developer for the GPU Coin store front.

I have been working on the site for the last two weeks and if everything goes as plan will have the alpha version completed by the end of this Sunday.  That will give us one week for testing and we will launch Sunday night (3/23 - exact time will be announced).

I have setup a thread in the GpuCoin forum to announce any updates @ http://gpucoinforum.com/viewtopic.php?f=22&t=2729 . Feel free to subscribe if you would like to get automatic updates.  If you are interested in comments/suggestions or anything else I have subforum setup you can participate in @ http://gpucoinforum.com/viewforum.php?f=17

I would like to end by encouraging people to use the official forum to easily organize their criticisms/thoughts/suggestions.  It is simply too hard to go through the hundreds of posts here.  If there is anything I can do to improve the forum please tell me.  http://gpucoinforum.com

It's amazing how impatient people get...  'The site will be up in two weeks.'  Two days later... 'What the fuck is happening?!!! Why won't anyone talk to us!!!"

Anyone know any good Devs. I have been in contact with one developer but they didn't reply.
Micryon.

I want to ask what is up with the 75 M premine and why not CEO takes at least 5 mins to say he gives X amount of them to devoted  marketing guys. This silence must not more continue.

The top 3 coins in voting on CryptoRush got removed for various reason. We are only 4000 votes from being the top coin before voting closes in 10 Hours. If you really believe in this coin go and vote or even better donate.
One small donation will shoot us up to the top  and guarantee our place on the exchange in 10 hours.

To be honest, if i had my own coin. i would be the one paying for the addition of the coins on any exchanges. This is what the pre-mine funds would be used to cover. so that everyone could benefit form the extensive list of exchanges on offer.

This. 1000%. "CEO" should pay for the addition to the exchange out of the very sizeable IPO he gathered.

Should not have to be voted in by the community.

Where's the CEO?  Last post March 7th?  Post the tracking number for the 80 GPUs.

The OP wants to run a store, not moderate a forum thread, I'm sure he'll post when he feels he has something he wants everyone to know. WE need to run this community!!
