It works the same way as classic miners, input your info in the conf file or directly in the bat file.
CAUTION: the Vertminer on this page comes with a default .conf file, delete it if you put all your settings in the .bat file!

The settings are different than on classic Scrypt for most cards and you need 8GB of system RAM for best results if you have multiple cards. Here are some .bat settings that work for me:

280X at about 370KH/s (8GB System RAM):

I'm beginning to think miners have absolutely zero reading comprehension both on forums and off. You guys are mining PandaCoin... which the pool states on the welcome message... good luck with even seeing what you're mining, he prob just set it up for testing and you're just giving him free coins.

any ideas ?

ScryptN drops your hashrate by 30-50%, if that gives you any indication for where you should be at now,

It seems to extract, I have a qt file and a full directory. When I run the qt it says cannot create destination file.
