Hi boys, i did receive my deposit just after 3 months, about 20emails and hours of therapeutic live chat sessions.

Also meantime they turned me into instagram photomodel with their logo in background just to show me how important i am as a customer.

And of course there are plenty of fair casinos not neccessary with that "Swiss honesty" shit, that Scamsino tried to sell Roll Eyes

Still the Gransino_guy did not respond to PM, and my promised offer have not been given, worth about 125$, that i risked with my own money for.

I am confused did you received your deposit back or not? I hope you did and even if this left a bad taste on your mouth there are many other reputable casinos and you can find them easily in this forum, however I could understand that you could be so sick and tired of the whole thing that you are not going to gamble with cryptocurrencies for some time thinking this could happen to you again but for the most part if you stick to reputable casinos this kind of horror story should not happen to you again.

Hi guys, nice to see you keeping this alive, and somehow demanding an answers.

Just to be understood, what happened is i got advertised by GRANSINO offer with deposit match bonus subjected to the rules i have followed.

Three bets over certain odds. After this just as it is written on their page i should got matching bonus to rollover.

On this point they denied to fulfill the contract and have accused(! Cool

) me with their might paragraph "shady betting tatics"

and what i really did is put three bets on Saturdays UFC fight night beeing after few glass of wine. All bets was propper according to rules.

After fast live chat, i offered will forget about it and move on(as they revealed themselfs as SCAMERS) but asked for fast withdrawal(OFC ID SCANS INCLUDED)

They streched it over time and demanded facepicks next to their site etc...

After all this and about two months i got back my deposit...

However i still feel shitty about that expirence, and was really suggested by not bad reviews here and there.

Lol, every online casino is a fun site to begin with, that's how they are design to attract users to their platform. Unfortunately, it's been two weeks since @Gransino has responded and so far it seems that @MAkkaroni problems of with the promotions are not yet resolved.

Perhaps they are trying to solved this issue on private, so let's see how it goes and I'm sure we will get updates from them and hopefully that the problem will be fixed and every side is satisfied.

Speculations about the issue is heating up and since the thread still open I don't think they have discussions made, maybe if there's an update regarding on the situation between the side of gransino or with MAkkaroni then we can say that they are working on it but for now maybe best to settle ourselves and play to the other site while there's an issue exist to avoid compromising ourselves.

It goes without saying that as long as their scam accusation thread of them is not closed by the OP and resolved by the the owner of gransino it's best to stay away from this website.

Also if the problem is not solved by them yet it would be way better if user MAkkaroni posted proof of his payment, other relevant stuff and the replies that he got from their support in the opened thread and gransino can also tell their side of the story but from what I read on that thread it doesn't look good for gransino and also they are rarely active in the forum and it took them 12 days to send a simple response on that scam accusation thread which doesn't look good and if their own website support is anything like that I would say at best they are shady if not a total scam.

If yes then this could be just a big confusion, however if they are denying you your money when you have followed their rules then there are some grounds to be suspicious about their actions.

He already have a open accusations here: GRANSINO.com SCAMMY so it means the problem hasn't been resolved yet.

However, on this scam thread, I can't find any evidences yet, so it's a "he said, she said" accusations. So I would advise @MAkkaroni to post the screenshot of his bet or least provide us with a proof regarding his issue with Gransino, it will be just back and forth and it might not look good at Gransino image, just saying.

I think @MAkaroni should ask admin directly on this matter, is there any mistake in the rules they enforce? if not then this needs to be fought if you already get a bonus from the sports betting, if they refuse with any reason then we need to consider where the point of problem is so that it must be resolved faster if you want to improve the reputation of this casino.
