so i'm getting an rx card and a decent 450-650w PSU, but the rest of the system i'm thinking about buying a used and old PC, can any mobo power and read my GPU or are there any specific requirements? I'm aiming at total price of about 350€ with rx480 a bit more maybe.

None of those cards are selling for a good price.  Also, use Google.  This isn't exactly difficult information to find.

A good option would be to go with RX 400/500 series or GTX 1070 Ti.
Yeah, GTX 970 is a no go compared to the cards you could get Smiley.
What equipments are better to buy for bitcoin minning?
For BTC mining go for an ASIC miner. For an altcoin mining rig divide you budget at least for a capable CPU like the 4th gen i3 or the Pentium g4400 if you go Intel for AMD at least a good FX CPU or go for the Ryzen 3 1200 which you could also use for mining if you want , a good but cheap motherboard, at least a 4gb ram and it depends on the system(for the newer gen it will be ddr4), at least a 125gb SSD for a fast boot if you encountered a problem but if you do not want an SSD an HDD will do, and for the last a very good PSU because you do not want to burn your system(for brands check Corsair, EVGA, Be Quiet, Fractal Design, Inwin, Rosewill,Super Flower and Seasonic). The majority of your budget will go to the GPUs and also do not forget to buy PCIE raisers if you will be doing a multi GPU setup.
Anybody give a suggestions ....have to buy a new gf card....
Note : low cost with high efficiency and also gud quality...

you cant mining BTC use GPU, if you want to mine bitcoin than you have to pick up ASIC minner. if u're using PC for mining make sure to mine ethihas, equihash, lyra or cryptonote  algo, it still profitable to mine on that algo. right now I preefer to mine cryptonote algo ( monero, bytecoin, intense coin ) if you are using AMD card, and equihash algo if you are NVIDIA

yea but which one 480 or 470. 470 comes at least 50€ cheaper but obviusly the mining performance is worse. with which one would i get faster ROI.

50€ difference for a RX 470 4G to RX 480 8G, go with the RX480 quickly,  Grin Higher Mem would always be an advantage of course, not to mention a higher resale value compared to 4GB later on when you decided to give up mining.

i am building a cheap mining rig and i have found a couple of offers.
 1. palit gtx 1070 super jetstream 390€
2. asus rx470 4gb strix 220€
3. sapphire rx480 8gb nitro+oc 260-280€(depends if the owner lowers the price)
4. i can also get a gtx970 for 190€ but i think rx or newer gtx cards are a better deal here.

i'm mainly looking here at rx480 and rx470 since they are quite cheap, but which one is better and what are avg. hashrates achiavable with these cards.

thanks!
