I think all the above are legitimate. You might want to use a different word. I don't use any of those types of connections either, but maybe someone from some far away bad evil country is, and have no choice.

We are working on the issues now. If you login from the top left corner of the page, you should be able to get in. Also, if you have seen the error already try deleting your cookies.

Please let me know where you saw this error and if it had any other info. The site is up and running for me at the moment but we are having some caching issues so it's possible that you are seeing an old cached version from when we were having server issues. Try to refresh your browser by hitting ctrl+F5 a few times or clearing cookies/cache and see if that helps. If not please let me know.
